Description

Khi user bị thay đổi hoặc reset plan thì thêm bản ghi vào bảng plan_change_history, cột note ghi là "Reset user plan"
Khi user bị thay đổi hoặc reset token thì thêm bản ghi vào bảng token_change_history (token bị trừ đi thì thêm vào cột change_value là giá trị âm: vd -10000)
cột note ghi là "Reset user token"
