Yêu cầu

GET     : /api/v1/open-api-key
BODY    : OPEN-API-KEYS
AUTHEN  : api_key ( eg : GET /api/v1/open-api-key?api_key=abcdef12345) 
SUMMARY : Trả về chuỗi key duy nhất còn hiệu lực ví dụ "abc-xyz" 
ERROR   : 
・404 : Khi không tìm thấy keys 
・403 : Khi api-key bị sai thông tin 

NOTE : Các keys được phép sẽ lưu ở biến ENV của Backend
