Error: 

botocore.errorfactory.QueueDoesNotExist: An error occurred (AWS.SimpleQueueService.NonExistentQueue) when calling the SendMessage operation: The specified queue does not exist for this wsdl version

Cần làm

01. Thực hiện tạo SQS cho Training service
02. Config env key cho BE keys : "SQS_TRAINING_BOT_URL"
