5. làm thông báo lỗi cho t/h ko đủ credit do đang bị lock:
TH1 msg 1: ko đủ credit
TH2 msg 2: nội dung là mày ko đủ credits do đang bị giữ để dùng cho file khác, hãy kiểm tra file bạn đang dịch trong lịch sử

-> nhờ Ngân log lại task cho a ĐỊnh
